At its core are yerba maté and green tea, two naturally caffeinated plants widely studied for their ability to provide more sustained energy and focus than caffeine alone. Green tea also naturally contains L-theanine, a compound extensively researched for the way it complements caffeine by supporting calm alertness.
Alongside them are ashwagandha, ginseng and maca — botanicals with long histories in traditional herbal practices that continue to be explored by modern science for their potential to support resilience and everyday wellbeing. Turmeric, citrus, peppermint and rosemary complete the blend, adding warmth, freshness and aromatic depth while creating a vibrant sensory experience.

How to brew
One pyramid, 200ml water at 100°C. Steep 5–7 min — longer deepens the body, never bitters.
