When will my order arrive?
UK orders ship via UK Tracked 24 Express and arrive in 1–3 working days. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s on its way.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe on any product and it arrives on your schedule — every 4 weeks by default. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. Subscriptions always ship free, and your member discount applies automatically.
What are Protocol Credits?
Our loyalty currency. You earn credits on every order, referral and renewal, and can redeem them for up to half of any future order — no codes, the balance is simply there in your account.
Are the blends caffeine-free?
Release and Rest are naturally caffeine-free. Rise contains a calibrated amount of caffeine from yerba maté, balanced with L-theanine. Full ingredient lists are on each product page.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The pyramids are plant-based cornstarch and compostable — industrially, so the food waste caddy rather than a garden heap. The outer pouch is FSC paper with a thin protective inlay to keep the leaf fresh — please check your local guidance for the pouch.
