REST is an evening botanical blend created to helps you unwind into relaxing state, with ingredients used to help reduce anxiety and improve digestion, support deeper sleep and reset for the day ahead.
At the heart of the blend is green rooibos, a naturally caffeine-free botanical enjoyed for generations in South Africa and now valued for its rich flavour and naturally occurring plant compounds, including aspalathin, which continues to attract scientific interest for its antioxidant properties. Unlike coffee or traditional tea, nothing in the cup adds caffeine, allowing your evening ritual to remain free from stimulants.
Alongside rooibos are lavender, lemon balm and passionflower—botanicals with long histories of traditional use that continue to be explored by modern research for their potential role in relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Fennel, tonka and vanilla complete the blend, adding gentle sweetness, warmth and aromatic depth to create a rich sensory experience.

How to brew
One pyramid, 200ml water at 100°C. Steep 7–9 min — longer deepens the body, never bitters.
